The Budget Fashionista

As soon as I saw footless tights come back my gut said it was temporary (and I don’t think it has officially left yet).  So what did I do?  I enjoyed it.

Here’s the thing, some fads are just fuggly and I can’t figure out how they came in to style, but others genuinely look good.  Some people look really good in footless tights (and some DO NOT) but that’s how most things are.  The above model pulls it off pretty well, and I think I did fine too.

No one who truly loves fashion plays it safe all day long.  Fashion is meant to change and it is fun to live in the times.  Yeah, someone who sits on the sidelines and always plays it safe won’t ever have to do some explaining when their kids look at their photo albums, but I also have a hard time believing that they were ever known as a fashionista, either. 

When it comes to fashion, live in the now, it’s all there ever is.  The same can be said about most aspects of life itself.
