What to Buy Fall 2007: Payless

September 5, 2007

Payless has really stepped up it’s game in terms of style and quality, positioning itself to compete directly with Target in terms of budget fashion shoes. For most of us, spending $100+ for a pair of lucite heeled “hooker” shoes is out of the question, but $48.00 for a pair of patent leather+lucite flat boots, like the ones shown above, is a bit more palatable for our wallets. So here’s my five favorite picks, including the patent leather boot above, for fall from Payless.

Love the gold ballet flat, it’s so Tory Burch!

I have got to have the ballet flats and the clutch!  I am going right now, before everyone else beats me to them!

Payless is alright with me.

I already snatched up the black suede booties for $24.99. Where I live, you have to move fast to get the good styles before they sell out.

I’ll tell you what:  I get way more compliments on shoes I’ve purchased from Payless than anywhere else.  For a girl who’ll take quantity over quality when it comes to footwear, Payless is awesome!

will you kill me if I tell you that I refused a $12.99 deal on the gold flats?

I just paid $35 for these faux suede blue boots at Payless. Ugh I feel so guilty I might return them. I can get a real suede pair at Marshalls for probably $45 or so. The problem is, they probably will not have blue.
