That would be a dream come true!!! I would love to win!!
My perfect bag is a caramel colored soft leather shoulder bag that has a hint of structure, without being too rigid. It is big enough to fit a wallet, phone, and camera, but not so big that it ruins my posture. I am a bag addict, but on a budget, so winning this would be the best gift in the world!
I would love to win these! My husband won’t let me buy any more as he thinks one is enough..
This contest seems fabulous!! I would love to have a different purse every month.
My ideal bag is neutral enough to go with anything and make it all come together.
The perfect bag to me is classic in shape, made from a high grade leather to last forever and would still add some pizazz to my outfit!
My perfect bag would be medium sized so that I’m not shoving too much stuff in it to the point where the seams are stretching (which always happens with my small bags) and so that I’m not throwing anything I can get my hands on in there (which always happens with my big bags). There’s never a happy-medium for me! Also, the strap should not be too long where it swings all about, but just long enough to fit over my shoulder with a winter coat on. Color should be classic brown or black with some embellishments to make it fun (but no fake jewels-uggh!). This was hard for me to describe my perfect handbag because I love them so much that when I’m shopping I think that everyone of them is perfect and that I should have them all (but if I bought them all my husband would probably kick me and all my gorgeous bags out of the house-haha!)!
Oh Pick me! I need new bags really bad! Seriously.
The perfect bag is not too small or not too big. It is a medium sized bag in a classic color (black?) that has a couple outside pockets to hold a Metro Card or keys so you can access them quickly. Inside are several more pockets to hold things you would need to grab quickly. It also has a sufficient sized zippered pocket inside to hold medications or personal things you want separate from the rest of your items. It is timeless and will never go out of style. The perfect bag will make your life easy and still be stylish!
I need to win this, because I’m always looking for the perfect bag! For work, my perfect bag has two interior compartments, one large enough for my electronics (Palm, cell phone, iPod, Palm keyboard) and one side large enough for my wallet, a small packet of tissues, and my makeup. Room for a trade-size paperback is good, too. It also needs an outside pocket in front for keys, and maybe a side pocket for my sunglasses. Bonus points if it can also hold a diet Coke and a Lean Cuisine (my typical lunch). Oh, yes, and it has to look chic or classic, i.e. Kathy Van Zeeland, Kate Spade, Hermes Birkin, or Coach (not logo Coach). It also has to be in a neutral color, preferably black, and preferably alligator or crocodile simulated leather.
For the weekend, a smaller bag in a fun print or color is perfect, as long as it can hold my wallet, phone, iPod, tissues, Palm, keys, sunglasses, lip gloss, eye drops, and a small mirror.
Both of these bags have to fit over my shoulder, even when I’m wearing a winter coat, to leave my hands free for baby juggling.
On the rare occasions I go out, a metallic wristlet that can hold lip gloss, eye drops, keys, phone, money, and credit cards does the job nicely.
Please? I’m desperate to find my perfect bag!
Baghaus.com rocks. My perfect bag would be something the can be professional and casual and hold treats for toddlers but not look soccer momish. Is that possible?
My perfect bag is a zippered over the shoulder tote that has a cell phone pocket on the outside for easy access; Inside - Cloth lining for durability with a side zip pocket for unmentionables plus one or two pockets on other side to hold keys or meds. One in very soft tan or black leather for daily use and others in different materials and designs to dress up outfits.
A new bag every month? What a great dream! Right now, I just try to buy a new bag every season, but variety would be nice. Do most of you readers change bags per outfit or carry the same bag for several weeks? I also wonder what the “average” gal pays for a handbag. Do you save for the great ones, or buy less expensive similar bags?
A great bag is all you’ll ever need!!
I would love to win!!! My perfect bag is oversized so that I can carry around my belongings as well as my daughter’s diapers and toys. I change my handbags often so getting a new one each month would be a BLESSING!!!!
My PERFECT handbag would be a roomy satchel. It would have goldtone/brass hardware, I think that makes bags look higher quality. It would have two outside pockets to throw neccesities into it like lipgloss and my METRO card. It’s nothing worst than digging in a big bag for my lipgloss! It would be made of a nice All-Weather leather to protect it from the elements. It could be any color but red would be sexy and fabulous!!!
My ideal bag is vintage inspired, always in style and is big enough to fit my macbook pro.
My perfect handbag would be roomy, but not so oversized that I would lose whatever I threw inside. I think I’d have to go with a classic bag here, something in a rich brown leather, shoulder tote-length, maybe with some pockets and a little hardware so it’s not too dull, and a zipper so that my stuff won’t go spilling all over the floor if I drop it!
Hi,
I’m so glad I found this blog! I enjoy fashion and I especially enjoy fashion at a budget!! The perfect handbag for me is one that is functional since that basically describes my everyday life. I love bigger purses so that I can include my essentials - wallet, cell, keys, vaseline for my lips.
It would also be nice to additional space for a magazine and toothbrush. I like to store a mag in my purse so I can pull it out to read at any time I’m just waiting around. Toothbrush is useful after lunch or if you’re on a date but don’t have any breath mints. :) So yeah, perfect handbag would be stylish, classy, simple and can handle all the necessities of a girl.
Also, want to add that another essential that my handbag needs to be able to handle is a small water bottle. Lastly, I want to mention that besides being stylish, the handbag should actually last for awhile and not start tearing down after several uses.
My perfect handbag is a very large one with lots of pockets to keep all of my things organized.
I would be thrilled to be so lucky!! A purse a month… Ah, if only!
My perfect bag would be large enough to hold everything I can be without (cell phone, small make-up bag, wallet, checkbook, assorted coupons, papers, etc...) but not too big. It would also have a wide openning so that it is easy to spot my stuff and the inside lining would have a fun and funky fabric. Lots of pockets and compartments is essential. Thanks!
ALL handbags are perfect. I am totally in love with handbags (in a healthy way of course)...in just the same way I am in love with shoes.
My ideal bag would be one that holds everything I need for *me*, without reminding me of the diaper bag that seems to be my new appendage.
