The Budget Fashionista

My perfect bag is, well, perfect.  It has soft, supple leather that can withstand everyday abuses without showing wear, a strap that fits neatly under my shoulder and doesn’t rub off or mess up my clothes.  It looks perfect with every outfit, can hold all of my junk, and doesn’t weight so much that my back hurts from hauling it around.  And, finally, it must be the kind of effortlessly cute that never looks overdone and will look great for years to come.

I don’t really like brands printed all over the bag, so my perfect bag would be in a darker brown, soft sturdy leather in a nice, roomy size. I would love a hobo or laptop bag that I could stow all my school things in. :)

I love big, beautiful and bold bags.I need a bag to match my life, one that can hold my needs, and extras like a bottle of water, a piece of fruit and a magazine.  I like color and detail and texture. Kudos to Baghaus for making bags like this affordable to all women!

My perfect bag would be large enough that I could fit a notebook, my phone, lunch, wallet and an umbrella, but in a shape that didn’t make it look like a huge tote bag. Classic but funky, in a fun color that goes with everything.

Hmmm… ideal bag… It would be a rich, buttery leather, worn at the shoulder.  Structured, cuz that’s best for my frame.  It would not pick up dirt easily, and would have at least two separate interior compartments.  There would be enough room to stow diapers and changes of clothes for both my girls, even though the appearance would be compact.  And it would have a place to stick my cell phone and keys so that they would be easy to grab without a lot of digging!

My perfect bag would be classic.  Leather, either black or a dark brown.  Enough pockets to keep everything organized but not so many that Im digging forever to find my chapstick.  Good solid construction, nice lining, and a few subtle embellishments.  And did I mention pretty sizable?  Lol.  I like bigger bags.

The detail that would make a bag perfect for me is POCKETS.  I love a variety of colors and textures, but whatever pockets are available in the purse for stashing small items and making my purse more organized are usually what sell it for me.

Any purse is good, though, especially if it’s a different one every month! ;)

Hm… my perfect handbag. It would have to be large enough to hold everything I carry on an everyday basis, plus a couple of other things just in case. Also, it would need to be comfortable; the strap would need to be comfortable when on my shoulder and have enough support to hold everything that I carry without making me lean sideways :P It also needs to be attractive and classic! It would be my new best president.

I’m more of a lurker...but I love handbags!  My perfect handbag would depend on the outfit.  For everyday - something with enough room for my wallet, phone, lipstick, USB drive, spare necessities, and assorted extras I pick up during the day.  Something cute, with enough structure that there is some shape to the bag.  Something neutral enough (or with enough colors) to go with many outfits.  It never fails I forget to transfer something important when I change purses.

This is my first comment, although I’ve been reading this blog for a while.  I love Baghaus!  There prices are fantastic while still giving you the “it” look of the moment.  Hey, a good bag/clutch/tote can make a decent outfit look fabulous and chic!

My perfect handbag would magically allow me to keep track of my cell, wallet, and car keys while allowing plenty of room for work stuff, my planner, makeup, sunglasses, snacks, and my “uh-oh” kit for blisters, stains, and anything else that seems to always happens to me.  Of course it would be chic, but durable and stand-out in the sea of black and brown run of the mill bags.

I would love to win this. I’ve been carrying nothing but diaper bags for the last three years and could really use a fashionable update!

My perfect handbag would be just large enough to carry the essentials, but not too big to be considered luggage.  It would zip across the top, so as to not let anything fall out.  It would have compartments inside for everything to be neatly organized (i.e. sunglasses, cell phone, keys, etc).

My perfect handbag would be a structured shoulder bag, with pockets on the inside, simple clean design, in a cool color (I’m loving green right now, but red is also great).

My ideal bag would be a larger rectangular shape with soft, supple leather. Preferably equipped with a magic button that lets me change it from black to brown in a flash, as well as a little speaker that would say, “you forgot your keys again” to save me from leaving my keys in the mall -again- or locking myself out of the car -again.

My ideal bag is is Fabulous and Free!

my perfect bag would be all leather, black and have the perfect amount of room to handle my workout clothes, bottled water, blackberry and fashion magazines.

My ideal bag is not only about style but also about function. I currently have some physical issues (back and leg weakness) so those are considerations when choosing a bag. I usually go for a small or medium body type bag, with a longer shoulder strap that I can wear across my body to balance me. Or, some version of a hobo with metal grommets/metal loops that support the shoulder strap and therefore it is not constantly falling/dropping off my shoulder and therefore altering my balance. Not exactly exciting considering the vast array of bags available but it is my now not my later(future).

I’d love to have a medium-sized tote with handles that don’t fall to low underneath the underarms and in a style versatile enough to use for work and weekends.

My perfect bag fits all my school books, notebooks, pencilcase, sketchbook (for sudden inspiration), and doesn’t fall off my shoulder every few minutes when I’m walking to class holding a cup of coffee and a pastry. And is GORGEOUS to boot.

my perfect bag would definitely be BLACK… soft leather… steel or gold hardware (studs, rings, rivets, etc.)… versatile handle that isn’t too long… can be dressed up or down… plenty of space with lots of pockets for organization sake!

My ideal handbag would be fairly roomy--roomy enough for a laptop, a slim calendar, and a book, as well as the other things I have to carry around. It would fit easily on my shoulder. I like leather, black or brown, with some funky hardware.

I love beautiful bags in supple leather done in an unexpected color, like teal or cobalt blue.
