I don’t think there is any such thing as one perfect handbag. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be entering to win 12 of them. My perfect everyday nice bag is in a midtoned neutral (goes with all my outfit colors) and is roomy with lots of pockets. My perfect knockaround bag is strong and sturdy and can hold what I need without my worrying about it getting dirty. My perfect special occasion bag is black with some special detail and can hold keys, cellphone, a few bills and change, lipstick, powder, and ID.

My perfect bag would give my outfit a great pop of color. Over the past month I’ve diligently searched for a great bag to do just that. So far, I’ve seen features such as automatic lights inside; metal feet on the bottom; tech pockets; sparkly charm key fobs, magnetic closures, sturdy zippers, supple leathers, dynamic metal detailing…even drawstring bags to store the handbag in the closet.

What am I looking for? The perfect bag will, at first sight: quicken my pulse, add sparkle to my eyes, and when I touch it (I’ll just HAVE to reach out and touch it!) will simply melt into my style and enhance my outfit. That’s the “pop” of a handbag, passionately found.

I am a budding budget fashionista.  I have been a single mom for many years and now am married.  I can actually shop now.  I have seen purses on other women that can miraculously transform women from average to dazzling.  I would love to see how it would feel to own a bag like that!

My perfect handbag is big enough for my shoes, durable enough to handle a load of stuff, and fashionable enough to make people look twice at it. It also is new enough that I’m not tired of it. This means that I need lots of new handbags!!!

I like a biggish tote that is stylish and in a color that goes with lots.

Purses are a great way to show your personality. I love a good size bag that has pockets and zippers to keep organized. I must have a cell phone pocket so I can grab the cell in a hurry. I change my purses depending on the season and sometimes what I am wearing. I love purses that are fun and loud too!

MY IDEAL BAG IS PRACTICAL, BUT UNEXPECTED, CLASSIC, BUT NOT COOKIE CUTTER, BECAUSE WHO REALLY WANTS LOOK BE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.

My perfect bag is stylish but still practical.  It has to have side pockets for cell phone and other things I like to be able to find easily.  And, it has to have enough room for all of my stuff and anything else I might want to throw in!

My whole life I have taken care of everyone else except myself.  I helped my mom with my 7 brothers & sisters, I raised 4 terrific children & was married to my high school sweetheart when I was 17 years old.  We were married for 33 years and for the last five of them he battled brain cancer. Now that I’ve lost him & my children are all grown and moved away, I would like to start to learn to treat myself special & find out who I am. I don’t know the first thing about designers, but WOW, a new purse a month!  What a GREAT way to learn.

My perfect bag? Well, it probably doesn’t exist.

See, it would have to be big enough to carry all of my school stuff (ah, college) but not so big that I would lose all of my little things. It would have to be neutral enough to go with most anything but special enough that I don’t have to switch bags every time I want to go out. It should be adorable but not overly twee. Simple lines but with enough interior pockets that my lipstick doesn’t roll around the bottom. And sturdy.

Oh, and it should probably be machine-washable.

What a dreamy giveaway! Perfect handbag would be soft leather, appropriate for all four seasons, a trip to the grocery store or nice dinner out,  and ahead of the curve in terms of style.

My dream handbag would be a cross between a Marc Jacobs Stella and a Hermes Birkin bag. Basically something that is design forward yet timeless, made of high quality and at an affordable price.

I like my bags to be fairly simple, and I would probably use a brown bag more than black. It would have to be big enough to stow a paperback with some smaller compartments for easy lip gloss and iPod access, and I tend to prefer fabric to leather, though my current favorite bag is a dark green corduroy that tends to lose its shape when it’s not packed full—a quilted bag might win me over.

This would be awesome! I am obsessed with great handbags.

My perfect back would be a balance of things. I want trendy coolness & serious functionality. I *love* the big bags, but I tend to try to stuff my daughter, all make up, my cat, my entire wardrobe and at least three pairs of shoes. SO… it needs to be medium (ish), a long enough strap that it hangs right at my hip (in both summer AND winter.. meaning bulky coat weather) I need it to be fairly versatile and have tons of organizational pockets (So when I stuff my daughter into it she has something to do with her time)

I change purses almost daily (has to match the outfit!) so it needs to go with everything.

In short, I need the “Big Foot” of purses… many people claim it’s not real, but a few crack pots claim to have pictures.

I am newly obsessed with bags. Large bags are my favorite. Saw someone with a great bag. Asked where she got it and she said baghaus. Gonna buy the same bag.

I would LOVE to win these handbags! My perfect handbag is va-voom red or yellow patent leather, in a structured shape, like a frame bag. Ladylike but sophisticated!
