What: Cat prints as a fall wardrobe booster.

What we say: Animal prints, done right, are a classic wardrobe element—notice we said done right, which can be tricky. Right now the trend is feline-focused, and we’re feelin’ it, especially with the heavy emphasis on tailored menswear inspired pieces and some of the more frilly, feminine details: the animal print is a great way to balance the two, in the form of an accessory or chic detail. Here, Sarah Jessica Parker shows us how with a dramatic scarf—it could also be done in a handbag, belt, cute shoe. Whatever you do, just keep it simple—remember, all over/mixed cat prints belong in the jungle. Period.
