Over the Top Hats
Playing on the masses’ fascination with fascinators, designers chose to take headwear to new heights for Fall 2012. Structured chapeaus like mini fedoras and jockey-esque cloches seen on the Donna Karan and Tracy Reese runways are easier to wear in the real world, and are sure to pop up all over street-style blogs.
