Nothing says Spring (or Summer) quite like a cuffed white short. It’s fresh, nautical, preppy, laid back . . . whatever you want it to be. You could pay a premium, but why? We’ve found two pairs to compare . . . one is out of our range this season (or any season) and the other has us clicking it into our shopping bag as we speak. So which is which?
