Target recently launched their Holiday Collection, featuring a somewhat drabby selection of holiday dresses (why the awkward mid calf length?). Despite a frumpier designs that previous years (where’s Isaac Mizrahi when you need him?), there are a few acceptable pieces like The Sylvia Belted Dress and Monroe Bustier Dress. All dresses $39.99 and available through Dec. 26th.
