The Lowdown: For those of us who don’t live on some exotic island nestled in the Caribbean, we’re still dealing with this seasonal pest called winter. Sure, we love the winter for the holidays, beautiful snow (in moderation we might add), and winter special beverages (gingerbread spice latte anyone?), but by January, we’re kind of ready for spring.
