A standout at the Parson’s School Of Design, designer Cynthia Steffe is one of the leading designers defining fashion for the modern generation. After being awarded the Student Designer of the Year and the Donna Karan Gold Thimble Awards at Parson’s, she went on to assistant designer positions at Donna Karan and Anne Klein and launching her own line of affordable clothing for women in 1989. In 2006, Cynthia Steffe stepped down from her post as the creative director for her brand, which she sold to Bernard Claus from LF Brands in 1994. Shaun Kearney is the present creative director for the brand.
