The Lowdown: Holiday treats, meals and parties add up on the waistline (and hips, and thighs, and …). And while we’re into loving our curves no matter what, any tiny winter weight gain can still make us feel less than, well, sleek when we want to slip into something more form-fitting than a reindeer sweater.
