The online boutique My Retro Baby is THE shop for all the hipster mommies and their equally hip offspring (hello, Colette and Jack). While the prices are not necessarily “budget”, the featured items are more reasonably priced than similar items at a downtown boutique. Plus, the items sold are truly unqiue things that a mom would want and actually use, like the monogrammed blanket shown to the left and the Karma baby sling ($48.00), shown to the right.

While I agree that some of the stuff is cute, it seems there are cheaper alternatives. At least for the baby slings.
Moby Wrap
New Native
I’ve been obsessively looking at baby gear for a few months now even though I am not due until at least July. I never went the carrier route with my son, I am still undecided if I want to with this one.
*shrugs*
It has been ten years, and I’m not playing She-Ra in the Army anymore.
Totally love this shop mama-thanks for the hint .
I actually was carrier obsessed, I had about 4 of them, none of which I used past his first bday since he was HUGE.
Anyway off to go by the Jackster that dope retro farm set!
Sorry about that, I had put in a link, but that part did not post. I found both Moby Wrap and New Native on Amazon.com under baby/carriers and slings.
