P.S. Target.. seriously the best place to buy trendy belts..
Target is great, but yes, their selection can be spotty at times. I’ve found some killer belts at Zara and Banana Republic on sale …key words ON SALE, because normally their belts can be upwards of $50. But by the time they hit the sale rack, they’re usually discounted by half.

H&M;can be good.. depends on which one..
I go to Beall’s Outlet for my belts and costume jewelery*. I found an adjustable, black leather skinny belt w/ silver accents for $4.99.
Bealls Outlets are open in AZ, FL, and GA with the majority of stores being in Florida.
*Occasionally you will find a buried treasure in the clothing deptartments, but it requires massive digging.
H&M;is a great place for belts. Usually $15 and under!
