Brighten Up: Makeup
No need for a makeover at some lavish department store counter (not to mention the costly “must-have” purchases afterward). Make eyes pop by sweeping a pale or shimmery shadow on the brow bone or try eyeliner with a glittery twist (I absolutely adore NYC glitter liner. It has just enough sparkle to make my eyes stand out without making me feel like a lighthouse beacon).
