I’m big on the phrase, “who says?” Who says tights should be worn in solid colors only? Who says brights are strictly for the “younger crowd?” I’m all about throwing some fun in the mix, so I love adding colors and patterns to an otherwise conservative style. Trying something new transforms a look.
