Here are some more beauty tips from your kitchen. If you’ve got food allergies to any of the ingredients, don’t try the recipe.

Skin.

Honey + Oatmeal Scrub. Mix 1/2 cup of plain uncooked oats with 3 tablespoons of honey. Place on face and let sit for 10 minutes. Rinse.

Cornmeal + Milk Scrub. Mix 1/2 cup of cornmeal with 4 tablespoons of milk. Mix together and scrub upon to skin. Let sit for five minutes and rinse.

Hair Rinses

For Blondes. Steep 3 chamomile bags in 2 cups of hot water. Let the water cool down. Remove the tea bags and rinse over you head.

For Brunettes/Red Heads. Pour 1 cup of cranberry juice on your hair and let sit for 10 minutes and rinse. Can also use cider vinegar to bring out highlights in hair.
