I love Mariah Carey and here’s why: Mariah reminds me of a time when our celebrities were crazy AND talented. No matter how many video show melt downs or weird boob jobs she has, the girl can sang (no, not a grammatical mistake, sang is one step above singing). She’s got talent, she’s beautiful, and she’s crazy- which is exactly how I like my divas.
So like, her talented-but-crazy-diva-fore-mothers like Elizabeth Taylor, she recently partnered up with the folks at Elizabeth Arden for a new perfume called, M by Mariah. The perfume is, well, like a Mariah Carey song- technically very good, but gives you a headache if you listen (wear) it too much. The scent is a combination of amber incense, tiare flower, and marshmallows. Ummm Hmmm, MARSHMALLOWS… cause crazy-diva’s always have to through something in the mix to keep you slightly off balance. However, the bottle is absolutely gorgeous and makes the perfume look more expensive than $38.
The perfume, sold at most major department stores, is available in a 1 oz. for $38, 1.7 oz. for $48 and 3.3 oz. for $58. A 0.5-oz. parfum, $175, and a 6.7-oz. body lotion, $28 is also available.

Mine is Isabella by Isabella Rossellini for Coty. My bottle is half way done and I’m already trying to figure out where to buy the next.
My favorite perfume is an Elizabeth Arden scent that is now discontinued. Its called Splendor. I have a bottle that I’m savoring.
Hmm, this is a tough one since I have been trying to find a new fragrance I truly like for years now. I fell in love with Ferre when a friend brought it back from Italy for me, but when I went to replace the bottle it did not smell the same in the US version, so I gave it up. This was about 1990. Since then I have tried Happy (good for the first thirty mintues, then it turned on me)and a bunch of others based on samples, but have not settled on a signature fragrance in over 15 years. Any suggestions, ladies? I like a scent thats super clean and fresh smelling, maybe a bit floral. Thanks!
Although I am not a Britney Spears fan I love her Curious perfume…I always get compliments when I wear it! It, like Mariah’s perfume…is cheap enough to wear everyday!

I had a sample of this perfume and I thought it was great. The price is not bad for the size and it is a cute bottle!! I really like classics like Channel but this is a good alternative.
My favourite perfume is Secret Wish by Anna Sui. It’s fruity without being cloying, and light but long lasting. It smells like spring and the fairy-topped bottle is lovely, too. Ooh, and the citrus and pineapple notes make me feel like I’m a hummingbird cake… or some other magic creation that makes people happy. Next I’m going to try Secret Wish: Magic Romance, it’s far more floral but the scent still makes me happy.
My older sister bought me Coco Madamoiselle by Chanel the summer before I went to college. I felt as though I had officially grown up, so I always wear it when I need to feel sophisticated.
I’ve bought the actual Givenchy Very Irresistible perfume, but I like the hair mist way more. I’m pretty short, so when boys lean down to talk to me, they always say, “Ooooooh what’s that you’re wearing…?” Works every time.
My favorite colon is that of my boyfriend, Polo by Ralph Lauren and my signature scent is Polo Girl by Ralph Lauren.

My favorite fragrance of all time is Champs-Elysee…..It simply smells beautiful!
It was a gift from a friend who had the opportunity to spend a month in Europe a few years ago and I have not been able to find it since then, but still remains my favorite.
A close runner-up for me is Still (by J. Lopez)….I have been told that this one really works with my body chemistry so for grins it would have to count as my second favorite. Thanks E
I love Angel perfume by Thierry Mugler. Someone always comments on how good I smell everytime I wear it.
My favorite perfume WAS something by AVON called Sunny Sky. But they have apparently discontinued it. I would always get compliments whenever I wore it. Everytime I find something I like, they take it away from me! Darn!
I like Paradise Perfume by Estee Lauder – but it was a gift and I’m running out of it! I would love a new scent….but the budget is tight. Thanks!

I have so many perfumes that I love, but if I had to choose just one, it would be Nude by Bill Blass. I have been wearing this scent for 13 years now, and I only wear it on special occasions, so every time I spray it I am flooded with wonderful memories!
Pomegranate Noir by Jo Malone, and Euphoria for men by Calvin Klein.
This is nearly embarassing, but my favorite perfume is actually Velocity by Mary Kay. It is clean and crisp, mainly citrus, with the slightest hint of floral.
Every man goes crazy over it!

I looooove SJP’s Lovely. I think that, when i was a little girl, it’s how i would have pictured grown-ups should smell. In a good way.
My favorites are “Magnetism” by Escada, “Beyond Paradise” by Estee Lauder, and a good everyday perfume is “Sweet Desire” by Realities.
My fav perfume would have to be Ralph Lauren, Romance followed by a close second Vera Wang Princess.
Right now I’m loving Versace’s Bright Crystals and Vera Wang’s Princess.
I love Mugler’s Innocent because when I’m wearing it makes me not want to be.
My favorite perfume is Burberry.
My favorite everyday scent is Victoria’s Secret’s Sexy Little Thing. It’s clean, light, and sweet, and the bottle’s fun! Going out, I wear Thierry Mugler’s Angel – the first perfume I ever really loved.
My friends call me a perfume weenie because I have so many- but I have to say my favorite is Issey Miyake L’eau D’Issey. I get so many compliments when I wear it but unfortunately, I don’t smell it anymore.
Gucci Eau de Parfum II is my all time favorite scent… everytime I wear it I am asked at least once, “What scent are you wearing?” and people tell me they love it!
I absolutely love L’Eau d’Issey by Issey Miyake. It makes me feel confident, sassy and SEXY! Oh, shucks, and I just love saying Issey Miyake.
My favorite sent is BURBERRY. It smells wonderful and I love the comments that I get when I wear it.

I have a soft spot for Jean Nate, because I always loved the commercials. I remember saving my allowance and then walking to Walgreens to buy my first bottle. I was 12. The first Christmas after I got married, I put it on my Christmas list as a stocking stuffer. My poor husband asked for it at a department store make up counter, pronouncing it “Shawn Nate.” Bless his heart, he claims he wasn’t even embarrassed, just glad it wasn’t going to be expensive.
My favorite perfume is anything that smells like food…cotton candy, vanilla, etc. I am such a foodie! and a plus size to boot…go figure!
