Here at TBF we’re thrilled to be part of the Lanvin for H&M Couture Auction to benefit Unicef, one of our favorite favorite causes — and we couldn’t be more excited to be given the opportunity to support our own exclusive garment (the gorgeous chic and modern dress shown here) up for bid (psssst — it’s Couture Look 19).
The auction is part of H&M and UNICEF’s “All for Children” project, a five-year initiative supported by a $4.5 million donation from H&M and run by UNICEF, focusing on protecting the rights of children living in poverty in cotton producing areas in the state of Tamil Nadu in southern India. The collection is not available in any H&M stores or any other online sites. Lanvin for H&M crafted a single Haute Couture collection for the benefit of the H&M UNICEF “All for Children” project.
For the auction, Lanvin for H&M have re-crafted Haute Couture versions of 25 garments from the Lanvin for H&M collection. All the garments – which hit the runway in New York next week – are available for purchase via bidding on the online auction site. Alber Elbaz has also thrown in 5 original and signed sketches of the collection that are to be auctioned off to further benefit UNICEF.
Fabulous fashion and a chance to support an amazing cause? Total win. Check out the auction right now at Lanvin for H&M.
