The Lowdown: Okay, so it’s not so secret anymore—we’re so in the know—so if you happen to have a Kohl’s card, use the code to get 15% off online. If you’re not already a Kohl’s card holder, however, we’d never recommend opening an account JUST to get a discount (usually this is a recipe for disaster—in the form of unnecessary debt—at some point in the future).
 
As a consolation prize, even non-card holders can take advantage of Kohl’s current savings of 40-50% off select handbags . We’re always put off a little by the word “select” (which frequently means you can save half off that super fabulous (not) yellow ombre quilted felt cross-body messenger bag that nobody wanted, with good reason).
