We adore this high-waisted peplum pencil skirt. The hip-flaring style adds chicness to an otherwise- basic pencil. I’m not so daring as to wear a teeny stomach-baring top (if you can, or want to, go for it) but think a cropped or fitted top would be a terrific choice.
