Everytime neon sees a trend revival it gets shoved into this retro corner, where you have to big or go home. No one looked good in head-to-toe neon/neon-colors back then, and no one does now. Over the years we’ve picked up on a few things, like that sometimes less is more, and so is the case for our favorite palette we love to hate. The highlighter hues are best used in small doses–as trim details, accessories or as Brad Goreski would say, your one POC (Pop of Color). Mix it with fellow trends like neoprene or tribal prints, but whatever you do, don’t go all “I ♥ the ‘80s” on us. Check out who’s doing it right…
