How to Return an Item to Urban Outfitters

Urban Outfitter’s Return Policy: Merchandise which is purchased at a store may only be returned at an Urban Outfitters store. They will accept returns of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise at any time accompanied by an original receipt. Items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, will be refunded through the original payment method used. For items returned after 30 days, a Merchandise Credit will be issued for the price paid. For merchandise returned without an original receipt, a Merchandise Credit will be issued for the current retail-selling price of the item(s) returned. Valid ID is required for all returns without a receipt.

Items from can be returned or exchanged online or to a store, within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. To return you can use the pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label that is located on the item’s packing list. To return merchandise purchased from to any of our stores in the U.S. or Canada, bring the packing slip included with your order, as well as the credit card used to make the purchase and your photo id.
