The Limited’s Return Policy: Purchases made at any of The Limited store locations must cannot be returned by mail and must be returned to a store. All returns and exchanges must be done within 90 days of purchase, and a government-issued ID must be presented at the time of the return or exchange. Present your original packing slip or store receipt in order to get refunded for the price paid. All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. If you return merchandise without a packing slip or store receipt, they will only provide the last known value of the item in the form of a merchandise credit and will only accept up to $300 in non-receipted returns or exchanges in a 90-day period.

Purchases made online at thelimited.com may be returned or exchanged either by mail or at any The Limited store location.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 90 days of purchase with tags attached. Washed or worn merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for returns or exchanges. With an original packing slip: they will accept exchanges of equal or greater value. They will also accept up to five returns or exchanges of lesser value in a 90 day period. Without an original packing slip: they will issue a merchandise exchange or merchandise credit for the current selling price. Wedding Dresses can only be return or exchanged by mail within 90 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered to receive a refund. All Wedding Dresses are delivered with an attached Product Tag. The Product Tag must remain attached for the Wedding Dress to be eligible for return or exchange.
