Full-priced merchandise, with the exception of watches and jewelry, presented after 30 days will be credited based on the current selling price. Returns of watches, jewelry, sale merchandise and FashionFix items will not be accepted after 30 days. Requests for adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of purchase. Saks doesn’t exchange, replace or credit gourmet, monogrammed or personalized items.
