Express Return Policy: Express requires that the original receipt(s) and a valid form of identification (driver’s license, state, military, passport, or any type of government issued ID) must be presented within a 90 day limit for returns. Once the tag has been removed, items may not be returned or exchanged. Sanitation inserts for all swim items must also be attached, once it has been removed they may not be returned or exchanged.
Express: Online Return Policy
Express gladly accepts returns and exchanges made within 90 days of purchase. Merchandise purchased from Express.com may be returned by mail or to any Express store. Express.com cannot handle returns or exchanges of purchases made in an Express store. Once the tag has been removed, items may not be returned or exchanged. All unworn, unwashed Express Swim pieces, and shoes must be returned or exchanged only through Express.com, using the prepaid return label provided. Please note that swim bottoms come with an attached sanitation insert, once the insert has been removed, the item may not be returned or exchanged. Store locations are unable to accept returns or exchanges of swim pieces and shoes.
