Products purchased may be returned by mail or at any Charlotte Russe retail store within 30 days of receipt. For a full refund, return must be made with the original packing slip, with tags attached and merchandise must be in original condition. Returns in-store without a packing slip will be issued a merchandise credit at the current selling price of the product.
