Bloomingdale’s Return Policy: Take unused item(s) with price ticket(s), and invoice/receipt, to a register in the appropriate department to receive refund or store credit.
Bloomingdale’s: Online Return Policy
If you need to return items, they will refund the purchase price in the original form of payment (as shown on your receipt).If you don’t have receipt, they will credit your Bloomingdale’s account. No Bloomingdale’s account? they’ll issue a merchandise credit. If you do not have a receipt and did not use your Bloomingdale’s card, you will receive the lowest selling price of the last six months. For an exchange, refund or credit, please fill out the Merchandise Return form on the back of your invoice and include the reason for return, then send the package via UPS or insured U.S. Postal Service. Items can also be returned at any Bloomingdale’s store. Your account will be credited immediately when making an in-store return. Note – items shipped directly from the vendor can only be returned to a store if it is merchandise that typically is sold within their stores.
