What address do I use to return a blouse from Ann Taylor. It was a gift and I don’t have the salesslip. I do have tags and name of purchaser.

@Sally it is probably best to take it into a store -rather than trying to ship it. Most store managers have the discretion to return items without a sale receipt (which may not be the case if you send it online). Make sure to return it to the store ASAP.

Hey Ana- The answer is probably not and return policy for the outlet is bit stricter than say for an item purchased at the store. Our advice is to call the Loft customer service hotline at 1-888-LOFT-444 (1-888-563-8444) as ask them

I purchased a t top from the Loft in March. I washed the top one time and it has a large hole in it from one washing! I am so upset.. I paid $50 for the top- is it possible to return it to the store still?

    thank you

I bought a pair of sandals at Ann Taylor loft a few days ago. That same day, I tried to unfasten the buckle and it snapped completely. Will they repair or replace items? The shoes are really cute, but completely unwearable after the first day!

I returned an item yesterday and they put money back to my bank check card, how long until that shows up in my account?

    Thank you

Marie- you would need to check with Ann Taylor, but for most stores it ‘s any where from 3 to 10 business days

I received a pair of beautiful wool slacks (price 89.00) for last Christmas. I don’t have the receipt. They still have the tags and have never been worn. Can they be returned?

I love their products but the online & return exchange experience that I had was unsatisfactory. I returned two pairs of pants at the end of October to exchange for a smaller size. A month later I hadn’t heard anything. I exchanged emails with customer service and was told that the merchandise was received and would be credited within 21 days of receipt. The 21 days had passed and no word of return or exchange. Then I demanded a credit from LOFT. I heard nothing and printed out all my emails with customer service and wrote a letter to the senior director of client contact at LOFT. On Dec. 6th, I hadn’t heard from her so I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. On December 8th I finally got a credit on my credit card. The senior director of client contact at LOFT called and left me a message and said that I should take up the matter with my credit card company. I called her back and told her that I had gotten a credit back BECAUSE of my credit card company and that I would never shop at Ann Taylor or LOFT again.
