I really love their clearance racks.  The quality of their clothes is always very good.  It’s such a triumph to find something nice that fits for a good price!

I love to shop at Macy’s because they have a fabulous selection. In addition, their Thanks for Sharing program is a win win situation.  Not only are you helping give to a charitable cause but you also benefit by getting a gift card at the end based on purchases you would have made anyway.

I shop at Macy’s because they have so many brands and I never have to pay full price. I shop there all the time. In fact there’s a coat I’ve been eyeing that the gift card would be going towards. Just the other day, I was buying dress shirts for my boyfriend. I found a DKNY one with a price tag of $49.95 and a Kenneth Cole for $45.00. Well, with the sale and coupons, I paid $50 for both! It’s deals like this that keep me coming back.

I shop at Macy’s because they have some brands that I can’t get anywhere else nearby, such as Free People and BCBG. Plus, I can always find some great deals on their clearance racks. The store is always clean and well organized, and the employees are helpful and friendly!

I shop Macy’s because they have good customer service.  Recently, I returned a necklace I’d received as a gift (and therefore had no receipt for) because it contained a metal to which I’m allergic.  The saleslady was SO nice about it, helped me find a similar necklace in the store upon which to base the return, and issued me a store credit in exchange.  That’s the kind of service that makes me want to shop there again.

I like that Macys has a variety of merchandise for me and for my home.  But I love that the chain is involved in various philantropic efforts in the community—including the Passport fashion show, benefitting HIV/AIDS charities.

Oh, I loved Macy’s in Herald Square!  It was such a lovely store and now that Macy’s has gone national, it takes me back to that time and place.

i shop at macy’s because it’s there ... i live in a small town w/ a moderately sized town close by where our macy’s is and really, i don’t have a choice but to shop there! i like it though. decent selection for what i need.

I grew up in an area that didn’t have Macy’s so it just doesn’t occur to me to shop there.  I’m even a bit intimidated by the place!  I’m learning from the other comments though and just may have to give Macy’s a try…

I’m a big fan of their INC line, and I love the selection of shoes too!

I love getting dresses at Macy’s because they sometimes have really cute dresses that were originally ~$80 marked down to $20 or under—I once got a formal dress for just $10. :)

I love Macy’s democratic approach to fashion.  Not only are stylish pieces available in petite, average and sizes suitable for curvy gals, sometimes the same pieces available in all three size categories.  I also love their clearance deals and extra markdowns on stuff actually worth buying, like my recently purchased silk and cashmere blend $119.00 sweater that I paid less than $35.00 for after discounts!

I shop the Macy’s sales the most—especially the “extra % off” racks.  I got a great blazer there (all lined) for SEVEN bucks!  And I Kenneth Cole cocktail dress that will never go out of style for under 40 bucks!

Macy’s carries great clothes for men, children and for us women.  I love being able to get my makeup there and look for fun hip clothes in the same store.

Macy’s has amazing selection and, if you shop smart, great deals.

The sales associates at my local Macy’s are really helpful, and I’ve been looking for an excuse to shop there again.

I like that Macy’s has clothes that fit and look nice on me.  I don’t often get to shop at nicer stores, so when I do I really like being able to get something that is really nice.
