Other than Spanx, the world’s greatest undergarment invention and saviour of my fashion existence? Cacique’s Balconette bra. I don’t know how they do it but those underwires are actually comfortable and they keep the girls perky and in a viable location. Spanx and the Balconette opened new horizons for me for which I will be eternally greatful!

My “secret” is that I wear a nursing bra under my nursing tank top when I’m out and about to keep “the girls” up high. Incredibly uncomfortable, but it’s worth it. Just a little something I can do to make me feel a little better about my postpartum body ;)
I like Bali Minimizers. I bought 4 this year. I am rather large up top and I the minimizers bring me up and I like the smoothness. I would really like to try a spanx product. See how it minimizes. Haha. THanks for listening!!
Using knee-high hose under long formal skirts so I can be comfortable at those endless sit-down convention dinners.
All 3 of the bras I currently wear are identical because I could only find one in my size that fits properly and they only had one color left. Bah. I need to go online and try to find some more, since they rarely carry them in my size in local stores, but when I buy them without trying them on, they rarely fit correctly. So very aggravating.

be very careful what type of panties you wear everyday…different styles of pants require different shapes and fabrics!
Instead of shapewear, try a cami with a shelf bra that’s 1 size smaller than usual. It helps give you a smoother more sleek figure underneath your clothes.

I don’t really have an undergarment secret, but I love a comfortable pair of matching underwear. Not only does it make me feel cute and put together with matching, but the comfortability factor makes me feel like I can do anything. :)
I wear sleek camisoles with pretty much everything. Sometimes they’re shapewear, sometimes they’re just fitted, but they provide great shape without adding bulk. A bonus is that you can tuck them in to prevent skin from showing accidentally, or wear them out if your shirt/sweater is a hair too short. I know, I know… I shouldn’t be wearing that sweater if it’s a hair too short…
