I love hats and boy, do I need them in summer. You may be thinking this sounds weird since, obviously I’d need a warm hat more in the winter months of Chicago but don’t forget—pigmentation, my friends! Exposing yourself even with 1,789 so-called SPF, your face is still at risk for splotchy pigmentation problems, so hats off to hats! They’re oh-so-fabulous! AND–they save your skin.

5. Final Note

"What is currently considered a "Fascinator," these are very small hats, usually adorned with a flower, some feathers and a bit of veiling. Anyone can wear them but keep in mind that they are designed to be worn off center and slightly forward. When you see an elastic band in any hat, it is used to keep it stable on your head and is worn under your hair at the nape. Never under your chin.
