The Deal: Join the Steve Madden online mailing list and get 10% off on your next purchase at SteveMadden.com
The Lowdown:Steve Madden is one of the brands that, except on the rare occasion, you should never pay more than $50 for a pair of shoes. Why you ask? Well, most of their shoes are made of pleather (plastic) and several of their styles are manufacturered by the same folks who make shoes for Target and Payless, two stores that rarely have shoes more than $50. Also if you’re looking for arch support, then these are definitely not the shoes for you. That being said, Steve Madden is still an option for on trend summer sandals under $50 (in some cases under $30-which is what we like to spend on Steve Madden). Plus, if you give them your sale email address (the special email address created for sale alerts) and they’ll send you a coupon code good for 10% off your next purchase- which makes it even cheaper. We like that.

Hmm, ok. My original comment didn’t go through and the form cleared when I hit “submit” so I’ll give it another shot.
I was saying those chain thongs are really attractive. There’s something about them that looks almost designer-ish. The other shoes leave me kind of cold, to be honest.
