Free Hair Clinic at Ulta

It’s time to call summer 2009 as the summer of free beauty clinics (see Sephora’s Free Make Up clinics). ULTA stores nationwide are stepping in to help women reinvent their coifs during these hot and hazy summer months.  Starting Sunday July 5th, the Salon at ULTA’s pro Designers will host a series of FREE workshops demonstrating the techniques we need to know to create salon styles at home.  Choose from two customized workshops:
