Target’s quality is so low that it is more expensive than Saks. At Saks your clothes do not fall apart after one or two washings. The designers also always disappoint when they come out with their Target priced lines. Isaac Mizrahi ballgowns took my breath away and I damned myself for not being succesful. Then his label hit Target. No beautiful chiffon gowns to Be had at Target by said designer. Everything of his label seemed to be made from cheap materials.
