Payless asks the question, “What is a bootine?”  What, indeed? Are we just making up words here? We love Payless, and love the ankle boot trend making the rounds for fall just as much, but seriously - it’s an ankle boot, nothing more and nothing less.

Forget the vocabulary lesson, and just buy it and wear it with the season’s textured tights and pencil skirts - they’ll look great, no matter what you call them.
