Like the movie “The Exorcist”, animal prints scare me. It’s not that I’m afraid that wearing a pair of animal printed shoes will make my head spin or make me start speaking in tongues. It’s just that I know it is going to be part of a long line of Fall 2006 trends that will be abused and misused.
So here’s some tips that you MUST follow when trying out the Animal Print trend:

Okay the vision of someone roaring at you is too much. LMAO
I agree prints scare me. I do like an animal printed shoe though….looks great with chocolate brown or black.
She scared the s**t out of me. It’s never appropriate to growl at a relative stranger. I think she was drunk.
I’m actually a big fan of animal prints when their done right. I love animal printed flats, too and had a pair of leopard printed flats about three years ago from Kenneth Cole that I got from the outlet for $39.98. Like most trends, I’m a couple of seasons ahead, so by the time they become “in style” - I worned them right into the goodwill bag.
I think animal prints worn correctly are very chic and hip. My favorite letters (I’m in a sorority) are a black hoodie with leopard print letters. I know many stylish girls who love the prints, particularly leopard and zebra. The key, I think is age. Women over 40 look dated in the prints, like its a second coming, while young women look cute and edgy. Like most 80s inspired fashions, you should wear them once and be done.
Well, ever since I saw The Devil Wears Prada, I can’t get the image of the gorgeous deep jade swingy coat with leopard collar and cuffs out of my mind! I’d love to know where to get that! If not, though, I may rock a pair of animal print flats ...
i just got the faux leopard short coat on sale at delia’s, and it is the cutest! can’t wait til it gets a little cooler so i can rock it with a fitted brown tee, skinny jeans, and heels.
i also have a pair of leopard heels that i ADORE. they kick up solid colors like nothing else. the print really is surprisingly versatile…
