The Lowdown: A short while back, we dubbed red the new “grey” for fall 2010 (okay, we figure there’s room for red and gray, but that’s beside the point). If, however, you love love love the idea of color in the sea of traditional fall black, tan and gray, a stand-out pair of red shoes can update any fall basic for a minimal investment.
