Conventional fashion wisdom says that it’s a major faux-pas to wear red on the red carpet. However, at this year’s Primetime Emmy Awards, many celebrities ignored that “fashion rule” and worked the carpet in amazing (and not so amazing) red gowns.

I think Ali Larter looks the best, her dress is so simple and stunning, and she accessorized it perfectly.
Above of those celebrity that wore those color of gown..I love Kate Walsh the most. But Jenna Fischer on her gown most.
In my opinion Lisa Edelstein and Mary Louise Parker just look wrong in those dresses, not necessarily because their shape is wrong, they just can’t pull the dress off attitudewise, if that makes sense.
Kathryn Morris to me looks most in “harmony” with her dress, shape, color and attitude. Heidi Klums dress looks good on her but it is not a great color for her I think.
