Accessories designers Cynthia Vincent and Eugenia Kim, join a long list of designers partnering with Target for “budget-friendly” versions of their high-end collections. Vincent’s line will focus on footwear, while Kim’s line will be based on her popular, fashion forward line of hats. Both lines will be available from April 18th- June/July 2010.
