I absolutely consider cost per wear.  Since reading about it in “How to be a Budget Fashionista” I have never looked at the price of clothing the same!

Definitely. For some things, like winter coats, it’s worth investing a bit more since you’ll be wearing it every day. For trendy going-out tops and jewelery, who cares? They’re more or less disposable.
