Celia Birtwell, whose iconic prints in 60s helped turn her ex-husband, the late British designer Ossie Clark, into 60s designer star, has partnered up with Express to create a collection of flowing, romantic dresses and tops for the mall-based store. The line features flowing, chiffon line tops and dresses with a variety of floral prints, including Birtwell’s iconic lilies. The line isn’t cheap ($128 for a dress, $79.50 for tops) and the jury is still out on whether Birtwell’s prints will work with Express’ notoriously poor quality fabrics. However, if you’re a fan of Clarke’s vintage looks from the 60’s, it may be worth taking a peek at this collection

Cute. Wonder how well-made they are; if they are polyester blends, I’ll pass.
