With the rest of the face looking simple, blue liner on the eyes doesn’t look garish.  I haven’t used stick liners in a long time…I have found that moistened powder is more economical and varied!

My skin is so fair that blue eyeliner (pretty much no matter what shade) makes me look diseased. It’s a bummer because they’ve been pushing it as a trend for a while now. I’ll stick with my browns, though. =]

I love the idea!!! I, myself, have been using a purple eyeliner for awhile because I like the hue on my mocha skin. But, now I really want to try blue and see how that looks. Also, the application advice is really helpful!!!
