My lashes are soft, defined, and glossy, and they remove easily with cleanser and water. I use the lash primer from Clinique for a great base coat. Buying inexpensive mascaras (with a primer) is the best tip I have for getting a perfect look- you can afford to toss them more often for a smooth application.
