A cool piece of jewelry can truly make the outfit, especially for us budget fashionistas who depend on it to make our mix-and-match basics into stand-out ensembles. But if you’re spending a fortune on the bling, you’re missing the point. We’re partial to Forever21 and Target for keeping us in jewelry pieces that are both chic and cheap. So what’s your favorite source?

Target is one of my faves but I think Kohl’s has better deals. They ALWAYS have great sales and clearances on jewelry (great belts too)...for $30 you can walk out with about 6 nice, on trend necklaces that were originally in the $25 to $30 range a piece. Moreover, the brands range from Sonoma and Napier to Apt.9 (9 West) and Axcess (Liz Claiborne).Furthermore, I have taken a couple of jewelry making classes because I love jewelry and I like different and unique pieces but the supplies would cost me more than the deals I have found at Kohl’s. The deals are great and hard to pass up….
