2. Drink Cold Water


We all know we need it, yet none of us actively drink it. Make it a habit. Start with a glass a day and work your way up. Whatever it takes, being hydrated can actually help you stop sweating! I know it’s not a novel idea, but the cooler your body is, the less you will sweat. Even room-temperature water will help, but cold water is preferable to combat the sweat.
