Arnold Scaasi, who will launch an exclusive jewelry collection Dec. 5th just in time for the holidays.  Scaasi, a renowned couture designer, is recreating his iconic fashion jewelry collection with all pieces retailing for under $100.  The collection will be available exclusively at hsn.com.
