I’ve been noticing this trend a lot lately. It was first brought to my attention when Sarah Jessica Parker was on Oprah debuting her “Bitten” line. She was wearing a $30 ensemble with Louboutins. I was flipping through the latest issue of “Marie Claire” which by the way happens to feature Angelina on the cover, and there is a picture of Madonna wearing a $60 H&M dress from her collection with a pair of $660 Jimmy Choos.
I dont know but it would be nice if more of them did and admitted to it.
You can tell its a cheap dress by the way it hangs off her!I say stick with designer if thats what you can afford!

funny thing is, she still looks hot… simply because the cut, color and fabric works. With the shoes, you can always try to find designer shoes at outlets, while angie prolly didn’t.

reminds me of SJparker on Oprah. her clothing line was WTF? and she wore $500 shoes with an outfit that was less than $30. really?
I’d recognize those peep-toes anywhere. I love vintage and she looks great. Reminds me of their spread in W magazine including the Louboutins, completely retro glam.

I believe her dress was from a vintage shop…so it would be pretty hard to track down
The dress was $26 and bought at Wasteland in La. It’s a vintage dress so you won’t be finding other identical dresses there. You’ll have to scour the vintage racks like everyone else. : )
Well, I wouldn’t say she’s a budget fashionista, since the whole outfit, shoes jewlery and all, cost 26,000$. But the dress was cheap, yeah. And hey, I have much better dresses for 30 bucks, but it’s still not bad.
