What: Andre Agassi, former tennis star and 80’s hair god, and his company Agassi Enterprises is suing Target Corp for copyright infringement.

What WWD Says:

Agassi Enterprises said that the retailer, without authorization, used marks on sandals that contained the “name, image, likeness and other attributes” associated with its namesake.

What I say: I told you that Target has issues, too.
