The Deal: Take an additional 50% off clearance items at Torrid.com

The Lowdown: Now through Jan. 4, shop Torrid.com’s clearance for an extra half off. While we like Torrid for those more youthful and trendier items that plus size girls (some of whom are, retailers forget, actually under the age of 30) often have trouble finding, we also find their prices to be generally higher than they should (because when the items are equal to Forever21 in style and quality, the prices should be equal as well . . . ).

That being said, now’s the time to shop, and we decided that while we just don’t really need those Hot Pink Patent Bad Santa Boots (but if you do, we’re not judging . . . ) we actually could use some of these colored camis for winter layering (at just $8.49 apiece). Other worthy picks: this chiffon print one shoulder dress for $28.99, and possibly this bow print tie-shouldered chiffon top ($14.49).
